Our Terms are built on six core principles that protect the interests of all parties.
Member Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register and use the mclucky platform. Only one account is permitted per individual.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mclucky will never request your password through any communication channel.
Deposit & Withdrawal
All financial transactions are conducted through verified payment methods. KYC verification is required for withdrawals to ensure the security of your funds.
Bonus Policy
Each bonus is subject to specified rollover requirements. Bonus abuse will result in the offer being cancelled and may lead to account suspension.
Prohibited Activities
Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation will result in immediate account closure with no refund.
Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mclucky ("Platform", "we", "our company"), which operates the website and services under the domain mclucky.vu.
Mclucky is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and other games listed across the various categories on the platform. All these services are subject to the Terms set out herein.
This document is to be read together with the mclucky Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and us.
2Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the mclucky platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

- Only one account permitted per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3User Account
Once registration is complete, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. This includes all betting, financial transactions, and communications conducted through the account.

- Report unauthorised access: Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Personal use: A mclucky account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only and may not be transferred or lent to any other person.
- Update information: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your account remains accurate and up to date.
4Deposit & Withdrawal
Mclucky supports a variety of secure and trusted local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with bank-level encryption.
- Deposit: The minimum deposit is determined by the selected payment method. Deposited funds are typically credited to the account shortly after successful payment confirmation.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed once KYC verification is complete. Funds will be transferred to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances.
- Withdrawal limit: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to membership tier and payment method. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
- Processing time: mclucky processes withdrawals promptly. However, third-party bank processing times are beyond our control.
5Bonus & Promotions
Mclucky offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer.
- Rollover requirement: All credited bonuses must meet the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type.
- Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
- One bonus per offer: Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multiple account registrations, opposing bets, or techniques deemed unfair — will result in bonus cancellation and potentially account closure.
Mclucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there are signs of abuse or if technical circumstances require an immediate suspension.
6Game Rules
All games offered at mclucky use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome. There is no manipulation or bias in any game.
- Technical error: In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, mclucky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
- Connection interruption: mclucky is not liable for losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end. It is recommended to use a stable connection while playing.
- Official version: In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original, the English version shall be definitive for the purpose of interpreting the game rules.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mclucky platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balance:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through arbitrage techniques or coordinated opposing bets.
- Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.
8Privacy & Data Protection
Mclucky takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. Information you provide during registration and platform use is handled with care in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. mclucky does not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
9Liability Limits
Mclucky maintains the platform with its best efforts to ensure service availability and reliability. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or issues beyond our control.
- mclucky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- mclucky's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the preceding 12-month period.
- mclucky is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures, user device issues, or external factors beyond the platform's control.
10Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your mclucky account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining funds may be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal procedure.
Mclucky also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a request from relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, mclucky reserves the right to withhold account balances until the investigation is complete.
11Amendments to These Terms
Mclucky reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through a clearly displayed notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the mclucky platform after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
